  48 hour cancellation policy:

We reserve time for each patient in our practice and rarely keep patients waiting. An appointment written in our schedule with your name on it is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and that you will be present for that appointment.

Please make a note that our 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy has been in affect since November of 2007. This change in our policy was made due to the very high oral hygiene appointment demand. 48 hour cancellation policy gives us enough time to be able to accommodate patients who are on waiting list for an appointment, as well as ensures that our hygienist can keep a smooth schedule. We would appreciate your understanding and adhering to this policy so any broken appointment fees can be avoided. 

               


  New patient invitation program:

We consider referrals of your family members and friends the greatest compliment to our practice!

We always ask our new patients to share with us who referred them, so we could thank you. Some of you have received our thank you cards in the mail. We would like to take this one step further and make somebody feel very special each month.

When you are in our office for your next appointment or just stopping by to say “hi”, ask us for our “New Patient Invitation” cards. When you invite a patient to join our practice, and they bring their card with your name in for their first visit-you enter a monthly drawing for a “goody basket”. Not to worry if you do not have one of these cards. As long as our new patient mentions who referred them, we will make sure you are participant in the drawing!
